RISK-e-SCAPE – Improving Disaster Health and Climate Resilience at the Expanded Environmental Crisis in Nepal and Bangladesh

RISK-e-SCAPE - Improving Disaster Health and Climate Resilience at the Expanded Environmental Crisis in Nepal and Bangladesh is an international capacity building project co-funded by the European Union (Project ID: 101083080).

With a three-year (2023-2026) duration, the core aim of the project is to work together with Asian and European partners to share capacity-building skills at multi-professional and multidisciplinary levels.

The project involves seven partners: the University of Athens (Greece) (coordinator), Fernando Pessoa University and Fernando Pessoa School of Health (Portugal), the University of Salerno (Italy), Pokhara University (Nepal), Kathmandu University (Nepal), the Independent University (Bangladesh) and the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh). The project also gathers two associated partners: the Greek Delegation of Doctors of the World (Greece) and the Global Mental Health Lab at Teachers College, Columbia University (USA)

The members of the CEPESE collaborating with the project are Fernando Bandeira and João Casqueira (coordinator).  CEPESE intern, Ana Araújo, is a technical assistant to the project.
