Governing Bodies

CEPESE, as a non-profit scientific association, has its own governing bodies, the General Assembly, the Management Board, the Fiscal Council and the Scientific Council. The Board of the General Assembly, the Management Board and the Fiscal Council are elected by the members in General Assembly every four-years.

General Assembly

The General Assembly is composed of the founding members and individual and collective partners, and resolutions are taken by absolute majority of votes of the members in the meeting, except in the cases considered by law or CEPESE’s bylaws.

Fiscal Council

The Fiscal Council examines CEPESE’s accounts and present its opinion report to the General Assembly.

Management Board

The Management Board is responsible for carrying out all the decisions concerning CEPESE’s activities and functioning.
