Strengthening Civic Participation in the Functioning of Inter-Municipal and Inter-Sectoral Actors in Europe (INCOOP)
This project, in partnership with institutions from seven other European Union countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and Poland), aimed to promote civil society participation in the management of inter-municipal and inter-sectoral organizations located within the European Union, through the creation of regional associations capable of influencing national and European policy-making processes, thereby strengthening legislation in this area. Utilizing a broad range of participation tools, such as interviews, questionnaires, and debates, the project also sought to raise awareness among European citizens about the benefits of active participation in decision-making and policy-defining processes that directly affect them.
Funding: European Union (Europe for Citizens Program)
