Processes of Acquisition, Alteration, or Termination of Legal Personality of Associations
This archival and documentary project, completed in 2018, focused on the detailed description of the "Processes of acquisition, alteration, or termination of legal personality of associations," a documentary series from the former Civil Governments, now under the custody of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In addition to the detailed description of the processes, the project also involved the intervention of a database to facilitate the issuance of online certificates with legal validity. Human resources training was developed for the personnel directly involved in issuing these certificates. Finally, the project included the identification, organization, and incorporation of the archival fonds under the custody of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (SGMAI), intended to be integrated into the appropriate administrative services.
