Robert Nalbandov is an experienced political analyst with research interests in the fields of International Relations and Development, with a particular geographical focus on Europe and the former Soviet Union. He is the author of several works and numerous scientific articles, and an adjunct professor at the USAF Air Command and Staff College and Angelo State University (USA). He is a fellow member of the CEPESE, and collaborates actively with the Master Course in Humanitarian Action, Cooperation and Development of University Fernando Pessoa.
